Traveling is the Key to Happiness

Traveling has more than just a one-time thing benefit that will change you physically and mentally.
Traveling is about manifesting the surprise of the unknown, the pleasure of enjoyable choices and the empowerment of overwhelming obstacles, so you feel that you have completed a journey towards self-discovery.
One cannot avoid talking about traveling’s impact over your health improvement, starting from cutting down on stress to lowering your chances of heart disease, to having a tremendous influence on your mental well-being, the health benefits of traveling are too many to mention here.
Daily life routine is putting you in stress, controlling your life, and restricting your creativity, sometimes the best solution is to take a step back, take a deep breath and take the next flight or pick your car keys and move forward to nowhere. In all seriousness, the trick for a successful trip is to leave with a bit of preparation to avoid making a mistake during your journey.
Nevertheless, traveling enriches your global dictionary by picking up new words in a different language every time you travel, where you will experience the capacity improvement in your brain.
Even more, than “just” learning new vocabs, traveling helps you learn about yourself and cultures different than ours. Traveling will involve you in challenging situations where you need to be resourceful and think differently. It will encourage you to develop a new set of skills that you didn’t suspect you had within; it will change your mind and nourish your knowledge about the others through realizing that not everything outside your cultural bubble is so bad.
Building connections abroad is one of the genuine things you can do in today’s world where virtual social networks have almost vanished the real social life. I know it is hard to build a long-distance relationship with people you meet in your journeys. Believe it or not, the experience of having friends or connections from different places and backgrounds is a life-changing adventure that worth more than you can imagine.
Talking about nourishment and experiencing new things, traveling allows you to try amazing food. Having or trying local food in the country you are visiting, or the city you are driving to is an entirely new experience. All the flavors are different; you will taste the originality and the authenticity with every bite.
Going back to one of the traveling benefits is collecting memories and stories to tell when you go back home. The smallest details in every journey you take will make a real impression on you and create a memory that you will remember as long as you live.
After each journey, it would seem that you are back to the same place that you escaped from, to the same setting, same people, and same problems. But hold on you are not the same person, you are a new version of yourself, an updated version full of new experiences, knowledge, and ideas.

Traveling is affordable happiness!

Believe it or not, you can experience all the above with peanuts, the trick is doing the right planning, you need space go and seek for a new journey.

9 Unconventional Habits That Supersede All Others - Period! - Recommended by Tony Abi Saab

Image credit: Jetta Productions | Getty Images Tony Abi Saab is pleased to share with his reader this interesting article, originally published at https://www.entrepreneur.com on January 13, 2017. Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. We’ve all read a hundred and one posts on habits. The lists look pretty much the same and talk about similar ideas. This list I have for you is very different. It’s the habits I’ve compiled from many millionaires and that I’ve practiced and executed myself, so I know they work. No rah-rah, quit-your-job and look-at-how-awesome-I-am talk. Just cold, hard habits that will hopefully scare the pants of you and make you take action. Adopt one of these habits, and you’ll see a significant change. Adopt them all, and you’ll probably join the billionaires club at some point in your life. Read the list of habits, laugh, and say maybe next year, and I’m willing to bet you will remain unfulfilled. The choice is yours. I...

The world needs business to step up and reclaim its higher purpose

Tony Abi Saab has already set his 10 years sustainable development goals, how about you? Should a company’s responsibility begin and end with shareholders, or extend to customers, communities, and the environment? While hardly an original question, last year saw a renewed focus on debate around the purpose of business — and with sustainability already in the January headlines, from fires in Australia to new figures on climate change, expect it to be a major topic for business leaders in 2020. We now have just 10 years to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN-designated blue-print of a sustainable future. Fortunately, business is ready to embrace the challenge. According to HSBC’s Navigator research, 75 per cent of UK businesses recognise their role in achieving the SDGs — higher than any other European country, and significantly above the global average of 63 per cent. This matters, because the world needs the business community’s help. Global progress ...

The reasons why.

For the last two years Brescia Middle East has been awarded several government contracts in Lebanon and successfully executed all of them. This fact became a threat to competition that decided to launch a defamation campaign hoping that such an attempt will destabilize us and that our partnerships will be broken due to fabricated stories that are being published online.  They chose to criminalize us for their commercial gain however such a cheap attempt is not uncommon in fact many rising companies, business man and politicians have faced such an obstacle when they started to get noticed and competition felt threatened , but none of the cases went unpunished and our case will not be any diffrerent.
