The used techniques

The first time I heard about Black Hat SEO was almost a year ago when I discovered that my name, Tony Abi Saab, and Brescia Middle East (BME) were subjected to a massive defamatory campaign.
Generally defined as the dark art of search engine optimization. This technique is used in order to increase a page ranking that usually includes defamatory or false information in search engine results, therefore it becomes associated with the identity of the targeted subject virtually and the first thing that the reader notices.
In reference to the defamation campaign that we have been facing, the attackers used the following black SEO tactics

Keyword stuffing is a search engine optimization technique, considered webspam or spamdexing, in which keywords are loaded into a web page's meta tags, visible content, or backlink anchor text in an attempt to gain an unfair rank advantage in search engines.

Cloaking is a search engine optimization (SEO) technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different from that presented to the user's browser. This is done by delivering content based on the IP addresses or the User-Agent HTTP header of the user requesting the page. When a user is identified as a search engine spider, a server-side script delivers a different version of the web page, one that contains content not present on the visible page, or that is present but not searchable. The purpose of cloaking is sometimes to deceive search engines so they display the page when it would not otherwise be displayed (black hat SEO).

Article spinning that can be defined as s a writing technique used in search engine optimization (SEO), and other applications, which creates what appears to be new content from what already exists. Content spinning works by replacing specific words, phrases, sentences, or even entire paragraphs with any number of alternate versions to provide a slightly different variation with each spin - also known as Rogeting. This process can be completely automated or written manually as many times as needed.

Private Blog Networks those blogs are used to promote links that point to a specific website. Each PBN is used to increase the traffic on the website and therefore increase the search engine result ranking.

9 Unconventional Habits That Supersede All Others - Period! - Recommended by Tony Abi Saab

Image credit: Jetta Productions | Getty Images Tony Abi Saab is pleased to share with his reader this interesting article, originally published at https://www.entrepreneur.com on January 13, 2017. Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. We’ve all read a hundred and one posts on habits. The lists look pretty much the same and talk about similar ideas. This list I have for you is very different. It’s the habits I’ve compiled from many millionaires and that I’ve practiced and executed myself, so I know they work. No rah-rah, quit-your-job and look-at-how-awesome-I-am talk. Just cold, hard habits that will hopefully scare the pants of you and make you take action. Adopt one of these habits, and you’ll see a significant change. Adopt them all, and you’ll probably join the billionaires club at some point in your life. Read the list of habits, laugh, and say maybe next year, and I’m willing to bet you will remain unfulfilled. The choice is yours. I...

The world needs business to step up and reclaim its higher purpose

Tony Abi Saab has already set his 10 years sustainable development goals, how about you? Should a company’s responsibility begin and end with shareholders, or extend to customers, communities, and the environment? While hardly an original question, last year saw a renewed focus on debate around the purpose of business — and with sustainability already in the January headlines, from fires in Australia to new figures on climate change, expect it to be a major topic for business leaders in 2020. We now have just 10 years to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN-designated blue-print of a sustainable future. Fortunately, business is ready to embrace the challenge. According to HSBC’s Navigator research, 75 per cent of UK businesses recognise their role in achieving the SDGs — higher than any other European country, and significantly above the global average of 63 per cent. This matters, because the world needs the business community’s help. Global progress ...

The reasons why.

For the last two years Brescia Middle East has been awarded several government contracts in Lebanon and successfully executed all of them. This fact became a threat to competition that decided to launch a defamation campaign hoping that such an attempt will destabilize us and that our partnerships will be broken due to fabricated stories that are being published online.  They chose to criminalize us for their commercial gain however such a cheap attempt is not uncommon in fact many rising companies, business man and politicians have faced such an obstacle when they started to get noticed and competition felt threatened , but none of the cases went unpunished and our case will not be any diffrerent.
